First of all, I had excellent doctors. The nurses were wonderful. The ones that prepared me for surgery and in particular the nurse that took care of me after surgery 'Trish' and overnight. I didn't have to summon her for anything. She took care of all my needs without my asking. In fact, I nominated her for the Daisy Award. If you have to be hospitalized, St. Joseph's is the hospital to be admitted to. Thank you for taking excellent care of me.

My Dad was admitted on Tuesday 6th floor. Nurse Christine and Yasmeen so sweet and friendly! Took good care of my Dad, very informative and even made sure the Doctors called me: I was very happy my Dad came here!!! The nurses were amazing!!!!

This was my first visit with Dr.Bebeau and I was pleasantly surprised. She surpassed my expectations as a new patient. The facilities were clean, staff was friendly and patient. She was very attentive, explained everything in detail and seemed genuinely interested with all of my concerns. Most of all she listened to what I had to say, and took my observations of my own body into consideration. I’m very happy to have her as my new doctor.

On december 23, 2025 i had a major surgery. I came from brunswick ga due to the complexity of the surgery. Dr christopher walker was amazing. From start to finish, every staff member who played a part in my care went above and beyond for me. Definitely the best hospital experience I've ever had. Thank you!

I was there for outpatient surgery. Honestly from check-in to Checkout the experience was great. Everyone was polite, efficient and kind. The wait was short. All of the nurses/aides explained what they were going to do prior to doing the procedure! The surgery went great-I had to spend the nite and everyone was super. Always being sure I had what I needed for a comfortable stay. I was discharged in the morning as planned after seeing my doctor. Great recovery ! Thank you all for your kindness ! ONLY negative- wish there had been a follow-up phone call by hospital or MD office-,just a “ How are you doing” call. It would have been a nice end to this very positive experience !!

My experience for out patient surgery was excellent in every way. Efficient front desk and all the nurses who cared for me before during and after surgery were proficient, professional and caring 100%. Dr Christopher Walker was amazing, a great communicator and surgeon! Thank you everyone! ❤️

I recently spent 3 weeks between St Joseph Hospital and Candler following an injury. My care was consistently excellent and though I can't remember everyone's name, all the individuals that I encountered were very helpful. I am especially grateful for my PT/OT team, Chris and Michelly for their kindness and professionalism. They were so instrumental in my recovery . Thank you all for the excellent care that I received during my stay.

Absolutely amazing experience at the Emergency Department, especially after the horrible experience I had with St. Josephs ED. As soon as I walked in, I told them what was going on and they immediately took my vitals and walked me back to a bed. They were a little busy, so the bed I got was in the hallway; but I was immediately greeted by a nurse who did an EKG and saw the doctor. They ordered a CT scan and afterwards, the doctor came and spoke with me about the results, gave me advice and told me to follow up with my gastro on Monday as they couldn't do anything themselves (which I totally understand) I am a people watcher. I notice things and what I noticed during my time at the ED was how caring all of the nurses were to every patient in there. Dawn, my main nurse was absolutely amazing, caring, kind and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Another nurse who wasnt even dealing with me offered me a warm blanket. I'd also like to applaud the insurance lady who came by. She was very sweet. Noah, the CT tech and his nurse were very nice and walked me through everything as well. Even the transport staff (from the ED to the CT) were so kind. I recommend this hospital/ emergency department 100%

I had the best treatment ever. I had been so scared but they were fantastic. The nurse was so thoughtful and efficient. I appreciate all you did for me.my sister was with me and she worked at a cancer hospital and she also was impressed.

Every staff member we encountered was awesome. From everyone engaging with my son as we walked the halls waiting for his turn to go for his procedure to the care From every nurse and doctor that helped us. It was an easy day for us From the time we got there until we left. Awesome job!!!
